The tall and athletic Catherine Bell was born in London, England, but moved from London to Los Angeles with her mother when she was still a kid. After dropping out of pre-med college to go into modeling in Japan, Catherine Bell decided to pursue her dream as an actress. In L.A., after doing a few commercials on TV and minor film roles, she made guest appearances on series. Isabella Rosellini was her nude body-double for the 1992 film"Death is Her. The film brought her to meet her husband, Adam Deason, on set. She wrote a note to producers of JAG, the NBC series JAG after making a brief guest appearance. JAG moved in 1996 to CBS which she joined in 1996. She was cast as Lt. David James Elliott is Commander Harmon "Harm Rabb".
